What we built
Salons lose a surprising number of bookings simply because nobody was free to answer the phone at the right moment. We rebuilt the client's website with a clean, mobile first design, and added our chatbot widget, now rebranded MR.COOL, a reusable AI engine we deploy across multiple salon and beauty clients.
The chatbot answers common questions, shares service pricing, and guides customers toward booking, even late at night or during a busy shift when staff can't reach the phone. It feels like a natural extension of the salon, not a generic bot.
Walk in enquiries now arrive as WhatsApp messages with real intent behind them, and the front desk spends less time repeating the same answers over and over.
